About Us: Leadership
The PMN was founded by industry thought leaders Michael Della Penna and Ragy Thomas. Having spent the last 10 plus years in interactive marketing, Michael and Ragy have seen the rise of the internet’s power and influence. As email marketing veterans, Michael and Ragy were responsible for building one of the industry’s most successful Email Marketing Service Providers, Bigfoot Interactive, which was acquired by Alliance Data in September 2005. From 2005 to 2008, both Michael and Ragy had significant leadership roles at Alliance Data’s Marketing Services Group, Epsilon, and helped spearhead and run Epsilon’s expanding multi-channel marketing services presence.

The concept for the PMN was born out of Michael and Ragy’s work with Fortune 2000 clients over the years and their recognition that many marketers need help identifying, building and implementing marketing strategies that empower the consumer and drive result.
